So you want to quit smoking ? Really?
The Scenario… most of your friends are saying you’ve got to quit smoking, you’ve got to quit, think of all the money you are wasting. it will kill you , blah blah blah. The problem is smoking doesn’t kill you right away, it kind of sneaks up on you…eventually. It’s like having a daily glass of wine, leads to a little more wine and so on. All of a sudden after 20 years you’ve got a kidney issue. All of a sudden you’ve got a lung issue. You wouldn’t run out from being in between parked cars into traffic, That’s instant death. doesn’t logically make sense to do that. But with smoking it doesn’t cause any immediate problems. But here’s the problem, it’s you who has to want to quit, not from the pressure of your spouse or friend, It’s you, period. You need to put a stake in the ground for yourself. If you don’t really want to quit then don’t waste your money. If you really want to quit smoking and I mean really really want to quit , then make a decision and work backwards and get some assistance. We just happen to think that Hypnosis is a great non drug way to quit .
