How Hypnosis works

There are a lot of people who have tried to make significant changes in their lives only to fail at their attempts.

This could be you trying to quit smoking by using a nicotine patch or some other method, yet you cannot stop thinking about your next cigarette. Or you could be struggling to control your weight. After 30 years of experimenting with diets and weight loss products, I finally discovered hypnosis and its many benefits.

We are all controlled by our inner thoughts or, as I like to refer to it as, our inner monkeys. These monkeys control us.
We are also in and out of hypnosis daily and are unaware of it.

Have you ever been driving in your car on a familiar route and you space out or are unaware of parts of your journey? That is driving hypnosis.

When you are in that state, you are operating by your subconscious mind, where all of your habits are formed. So when you try to make changes, such as eating better, stop smoking, enjoying exercise, or overcoming a fear, you need to alter your thoughts or “change your inner monkeys”. Hypnosis changes your thought process to crave drinking water and eating healthy foods and wanting to exercise not having to exercise.

The conscious part of your mind is only 12% and the subconscious is 88% of your mind. So imagine one monkey on the conscious side and 8 or 9 on the subconscious side. These 8 or 9 subconscious monkeys control us. That is why talking to the subconscious monkeys allows for lasting changes.

Using hypnosis, you can get into a relaxed state to talk to them!

Hypnosis is wonderfully relaxing too. Your session will be recorded on a CD and emailed to you to reinforce your session at home.

After experiencing its benefits personally, I started researching hypnosis and started my own investigation and education into the field of hypnosis. I took extensive training and also attended the conferences of the National Guild of Hypnotists each year. After hypnotizing more than 4,000 people, I am now a fully qualified Master Hypnotist.
